A LITTLE ABOUT THE OWNER - BRADY ZUTZ

I grew up in St.Nazianz and attendedĀ Valders High School. I started working at a local butcher shop as an after-school job and immediately knew that I was in love with the industry. I started working full time the day after graduation cutting meat and doing various other tasks. After a few years, I accepted a job opportunity in Brillon and learned a lot more about the trade from some of the most skilled cutters in the area. I enjoy the process of taking a raw product like cattle and turning it into a usable product like ground beef and steaks while also aiming to have as little waste as possible. I also enjoy the comeradery that goes along with the process and think of co-workers more like a work family. I still live in Valders not far from where I grew up and have a beautiful wife and two sons to come home to and support me as I continue my journey as a business owner. I look forward to serving the community for many years to come.
